New Building under Construction
Exiting news! The Villas at Cocoplum are getting bigger. The developer is starting with the construction of a new building (building No.1) on the Eastern end of the property.
All amenities are fully functional. However, depending on the construction phase you will hear some noise during work hours (daily 7am-5pm). There is a construction privacy fence to reduce impact.
Please be aware of it when inquiring or booking a condo.
