New Building under Construction

Exiting news! The Villas at Cocoplum are getting bigger. The developer is constructing new buildings. Building No.1 on the Eastern end of the property is just before completion. Building 6 & 9 on the Southern end of the property are scheduled to breaking ground soon.

All amenities are fully functional. However, depending on the construction phase you will hear some noise during work hours (daily 7am-5pm). There is a construction privacy fence to reduce impact.
