Herbert Kollmann
Herbert has been managing the HOA since 2018 and the Rentals since 2015. Herbert has been living in Belize for over 17 years and is originally from Austria.
Kimberley and Ross Perry
Kimberley and Ross joined the property and rental management team in 2024. Kimberley will answer all your questions before hand and will administrate your booking. If you wish she will meet and greet you.
Alvaro Tzub
Alvaro is care taker of the Villas at Cocoplum. He is always happy to assist you with a smile when you want to use a kayak or bike or when something breaks in your apartment. Alvaro started as security guard at The Villas and evolved to a skilled handyman.
Elijah Linarez
Elijah is care taker of the Villas at Cocoplum. He is maintaining the grounds and can help if you want to use a kayak or bike or when something breaks in your apartment. Elijah started working for the Villas in 2019.
Errol Tzub
Errol is care taker at the Villas at Cocoplum. He is maintaining the beach, grounds and can help if you want to use a kayak or bike. Errol started working for the Villas in 2023.
Jerson Caal
Jerson is our main security guard during the week and you will see him on duty between 6 pm an 6 am.
Martin Sam
Martin is our second security guard on Mondays and Tuesdays and you will see him on duty between 6 pm an 6 am.
Leonardo Cho
Leonardo is our second security guard Wednesday to Sunday and you will see him on duty between 6 pm an 6 am.
