New Building under Construction

Exiting news! The Villas at Cocoplum are getting bigger. The developer is currently constructing Building No.6 on the Southern side which will be finished according to the developer by the end of November 2024.

All amenities are fully functional. However, depending on the construction phase you will hear some noise during work hours (daily 7am-5pm). There is a construction privacy fence to reduce impact.
